My mission is to empower individuals to achieve healing and wholeness in all aspects of their lives. I believe that true healing involves addressing the underlying causes of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances—and that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals to explore their inner world, release old patterns and beliefs, and tap into their innate wisdom and power. Through my holistic approach to healing, I strive to help individuals achieve greater self-awareness, inner peace, and fulfillment, and to support them on their journey to living their best life.
My goal is to help you identify and address the underlying issues that may be holding you back from living your best life. I combine traditional psychotherapy techniques with a range of other approaches—including mindfulness, somatic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy—to support meaningful and lasting transformation. My approach is grounded in the belief that true healing and growth come from within, and I work closely with you to create a customized treatment plan that reflects your unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey toward fundamental change and lasting transformation.
I have worked as a Somatic Practitioner at Reconnect Residential Inpatient Treatment Center in Malibu, providing one-on-one support to patients suffering from traumatic experiences. My work focused on helping them discharge shock states and access their capacity for self-regulation. As a result, patients were able to restore their sense of aliveness and strengthen their connection with their bodies.
I provided emotional support and therapy to geriatric patients at Belmont Village, Sunset Assisted Living, and various private facilities, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and loneliness.
At the Psychology Institute of Mehre-Taban in Tehran, Iran, I conducted psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and teenagers. I worked with patients dealing with relationship issues, schizophrenia, suicidal thoughts, addictions, sexuality concerns, and anger management challenges.
I also led a Stress Management Seminar for MedCare Iran Kish, supporting Shell Oil Co. employees who were being laid off.
